With luxury vinyl floors (LVF) you have an almost unlimited amount of design options.  Luxury vinyl is a realistic mimic of wood, tile, or stone.  It comes in an almost dizzying array of wood species image options, colors, patterns, and designs. It's also highly affordable, easy to clean, durable, and waterproof.

Installation is uncomplicated and fast, but keep in mind that it's an important part of the flooring appearance, so it needs to be done correctly and professionally.

Here are some luxury vinyl flooring options

Wood floors are trending right now, and that’s expected to go on for at least 15 or more years.  For many reasons, however, you may not be able to install genuine wood.

The alternative is luxury wood plank (LVP)  Cut into boards to mimic hardwood, images are first taken with 3D photography.  It's so clear you see every knot, raised grain, and wormhole.  It's then cut into strips and mounted.

Thanks to technology, the floors are embossed for added depth and dimension and can look wire-brushed, hand scraped, weathered, or distressed.  It comes in matte, gloss, or high gloss finishes.

A high gloss wood look floor will look like something that came right out of a design page.

Colorful tiles

Want some pops of color in your bathroom, retro design in the kitchen, or a unique personalized design for your living area or bedroom? LVF is also cut into square tile-sizes pieces that can be mixed and matched.  They are even groutable, and grout these days is a major part of the design since it comes in a wide color palette. Since LVF is one of the most kid-friendly materials, it can be great for the playroom or kids' bedroom.

Stylish stone

Nothing adds so much architectural interest as stone, but quarried slabs can be very pricey. You can either get LVT to mimic stone or you can also use LVP.  Some people prefer the latter since they feel the larger format/fewer seams give it a more realistic look of stone.  Marble floors pair well with spa-look bathrooms or give your floor a touch of luxury and glamour with a granite floor.
